A Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) is a long-term contract between a business and a solar installer. Under a PPA, the business agrees to purchase electricity generated by solar panels installed by the installer for a term ranging from 20 - 25 years. The installer funds, installs, and maintains the solar panels on the business site's roof, providing power to meet their electricity needs. This arrangement helps the business to benefit from clean energy with minimal upfront costs while paying for the electricity generated at a predetermined rate.

How Does it Works?

1. Lease Agreement: The business agree to lease the airspace above the site's roof for 25 years and enter into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
2. Funding and Installation: In collaboration with our partners, we fund, design, and install a solar- powered system on the business's site at no upfront cost.
3. System Ownership: We retain ownership of the solar system and enter into a power supply agreement with the business, ensuring a long-term partnership and significant cost savings over 25 years.
4. Lower Energy Rates: The business benefits by paying a lower rates per unit for the solar electricity consumed, resulting in material savings on the business energy bills.
